Join our business development team and represent WebDeveloperz on Upwork. You will evaluate relevant projects, understand client requirements, and prepare tailored proposals that clearly communicate our technical capabilities and value.
Key responsibilities
- Research and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork
- Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients
- Coordinate with the technical team for estimates and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of bids, replies, and conversions
- Follow up on active leads and help move opportunities forward
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience with Upwork bidding or online business development
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of web development and software services
- Ability to understand project requirements and client priorities
- Organized, self-motivated, and focused on measurable results
